Your Role:

As a Residential Electrician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of home electrical systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

✔ Installation & Repairs – Handle electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs while following all safety regulations.

✔ Diagnosis & Troubleshooting – Identify hazards, defects, and necessary repairs.

✔ Customer Interaction – Provide guidance, cost estimates, and ensure homeowners feel confident in their decisions.

✔ Compliance & Safety – Follow all state and local building codes.

✔ Technical Expertise – Utilize industry tools and read blueprints effectively.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experienced Professional – 3-5+ years in residential electrical work.
• Independent & Reliable – Capable of handling service calls solo.
• Safety-Focused – Committed to compliance and best practices.
• Customer-Centric – A positive, enthusiastic approach to service.
• Strong Communicator – Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Team Player – Willing to contribute to a dynamic, supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general electrical service calls (90% residential).
• Build strong rapport with customers and recommend the right products/services.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
• Stay ahead with training & continuing education to grow in your career.
• Ensure clear communication with customer service and dispatch.
• Accurately complete invoices, timecards, and digital paperwork in a timely manner.

Work Schedule &

Location:

• Full-time position – Minimum 40 hours per week
• Monday – Friday Day Shift with overtime opportunities
• Year-round work
