Position SummaryThe SNUG Site Coordinator oversees and coordinates Trinity Alliance's Albany SNUG, Troy SNUG and SNUG Clinical and Case Management Services. Working closely with the Corporate Compliance Officer, the Regional Coordinator ensures that all DCJS and OVS contract requirements are being fulfilled with fidelity, ensures accurate reporting, supports the accurate execution of the program budgets, acts as liaison to various collateral partners in support of the Directors, provides ongoing management support and guidance, interfaces with DCJS leadership, and ensures corrective actions are taken where warranted.
Key Responsibilities- Supervises the Albany SNUG, Troy SNUG and Social Workers to ensure contract deliverables are met and that professional growth is being attained.
- Reviews all OVS required reports to ensure victim service and outcome targets are being met, such as number of victim assistance applications being completed, and that case management and clinical services are rendered.
- Ensures case notes and other required reports are complete and adhere to documentation requirements.
- Works with program leaders to conduct customer satisfaction exercises.
- Liaises with the Albany Medical Center to ensure that Trinity teams are seeing and serving all victims.
- Ensures that team members are receiving proper supports by working with leadership, such that burnout and vicarious trauma are mitigated.
- Works with program leaders to ensure staff member attendance at all required trainings and in-services.
- BS in Human Services field (i.e., Sociology, Social Work, etc.) or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proven management experience (monitoring budgets, programmatic progress to goals, etc.)
- Proven community organizing abilities.
- Proven abilities to document programmatic activities and assist others.
- Experience and/or training and staff supervision.
- Experience working working with at-risk youth and gang members.
- No pending criminal cases or prior convictions for sexual assault, child abuse or domestic violence.
- Valid driver's license, good driving record and insurance.
Salary: $79,500
