We are looking for a full time Treatment Coordinator to become part of our Health Services division.
** Responsibilities**:
* Coordinates all services related to Article 16 clinic, including intake, enrollment, and on-going services.
* Coordinates and monitors service needs for each individual on caseload.
* Serves as a primary liaison throughout the treatment between referral source, service providers, clinicians, families, program and case management services.
* Performs reconciliation of services with fiscal billing.
** Requirements**:
* Bachelors degree in Health or Human Services or related field.
* 1-2 year(s) of experience preferred, but will train the right candidate
* ** Must be at least 18 years old and be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds to apply for this position.
