Northern Rivers Family of Services is hiring a Family Peer Advocate to support youth and their families through referral, orientation, and navigation of the Residential Treatment Facility. The role is onsite with travel required, reporting to the Director of RTF.
You will engage families, participate in care planning, conduct FANS assessments, document progress, and connect families with county services while maintaining records and supporting staff across teams.
