Together for Youth is seeking a Non-Secure Detention Counselor to support at-risk youth in a short-term residential facility. You will supervise daily activities and help create a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
Responsibilities include providing daily support, modeling positive behavior, documenting incidents, assisting with meals, transporting youth, and coordinating with case managers, probation officers, educators, and mental health professionals to ensure youth wellbeing.
