Location: City of Albany
Together for Youth seeks a Family Specialist to assess family needs, develop comprehensive service plans, and coordinate case management and discharge planning. The role includes home and community visits, collaboration with schools and community agencies, and on-call responsibilities.
Required is a minimum bachelor’s degree in human services or related field, at least 1 year working with at-risk youth and families, and a valid driver's license with travel expected. Bilingual skills are a plus.
