Northern Rivers Family of Services is seeking a Residential Counselor for our Crisis Residence in New York. You will work onsite, supporting youth in mental health crises, building relationships, and delivering daily care, crisis support, and skill-building to promote safety and recovery.
You will join a multidisciplinary team, follow 1:1 plans, and engage youth through developmentally appropriate activities while maintaining detailed shift documentation and transport when needed.
