Catholic Charities of Care Coordination Services is seeking a Wellness Advocate to engage with community members, conduct outreach in the greater capital region, and help link individuals to preventive and primary care resources.
You will document activities, represent the agency with professionalism, and support harm reduction education while working Mon-Fri 8:30AM - 4:30PM; bilingual Spanish/English is highly desirable.
