Trigyn’s direct government client has an immediate need for a MS Dynamics 365 Developer in Albany, NY.

Key Responsibilities

Design custom solutions and applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365, including CRM and ERP modules.
Customize existing Dynamics 365 applications to enhance functionality and user experience.
Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and ongoing support of solutions.
Identify and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 applications, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Perform system configuration and development to meet specific organizational needs, including unit testing and technical support.
Utilize tools or write ETL scripts to import data from external systems, integrating MS Dynamics with version control systems, Dev Ops CI tools, and third‑party applications.
Provide user training and support to ensure effective use of Dynamics for project management, issue tracking, and collaboration.
Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Monitor performance and implement optimizations for system stability and efficiency.
Ensure the environment is configured and maintained according to security and compliance standards, and implement IDP and SSO solutions using LDAP/SAML knowledge.

Mandatory Qualifications

Involved with all facets of the software development process, including research, design, programming, testing, and implementation of computer software.
Ability to work independently and provide guidance to others; may have an advanced education.
60 months experience developing on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Platform.
36 months experience in administration and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics environments.
36 months experience with Microsoft Cloud Portals.
60 months experience troubleshooting Microsoft Dynamics environments.
60 months experience in user and access management in Dynamics.
60 months experience in Microsoft Dynamics performance monitoring and improvement.
60 months experience in system documentation derived from business requirements.
