Public Assistance Recovery and Tracking System (PARTS) Renewal.

These resources are needed to continue to work on Phase II of the PARTS project, which is focused on re-designing the current antiquated Mainframe solution for the Lottery Application and replacing it with a new Oracle based solution.

• Studies the software application domain
• Prepares software requirements and specification documents
• Liaises between the software users and the software developers
• Conveys the demands of software users to the developers including general system design
• Coordination of changes, and unit and integration testing of programs
• Guidance and mentoring of other staff

Software Developer – Is involved with all facets of the software development process, including the research, design, programming, testing and implementation of computer software.

84+ months:
Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

• 84 months experience working directly with Oracle 19c or higher. Experience to include PL/SQL, Functions, Stored Procedures, Table handling, and Tuning. business rules
• 84 months experience performing application development work using PL/SQL.
• 60 months experience performing development work using Oracle Application Express building web based database application system.
• 60 months experience monitoring a 24/7 production schedule of approximately 250 jobs a month. Respond to communications from production control staff and resolve any operational problems
• 60 months experience creating production environment runbooks using a shell scripting tool with Perl scripting preferred.
