Job Overview

CDL A Driver position with guaranteed salary, extra pay per shipment, and home weekly. Eligible candidates have at least one year of verifiable Class A experience in the last three years.

Base salary: $113,000 per year. Daily salary: $215 per day plus $300 for each unloaded trailer. Drivers average 2–4 stops per trailer, 900–1,200 miles per week, and complete about three loads.

Full benefits start after 60 days of employment. Benefits include medical, vision, paid time off, and 401(k) with employer matching.

Urine drug test only. Candidates must never have failed or refused any drug test. This applies even if a prior SAP was completed.

Orientation takes place in Dayton, generally about two days. The company pays for transportation, hotel, meals, and provides $85 per day compensation. Training lasts 3–5 days, paid at the daily rate. Candidates may be paired with a trainer or take the truck first; flexibility is required.

• Resident of New York, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, or Rhode Island. (Baltimore or Long Island residents are excluded.)
• Minimum age 21 with one full year of Class A experience (local, regional, or OTR).
• Valid CDL in the state of residence.
• No more than three jobs in the last year and no more than six jobs in the last three years.
• No more than two DOT recordable accidents in the last three years, with no major traffic violations, preventable rear-end collisions, rollovers, or other major incidents.
• Must not have been terminated from the most recent job for any reason.
• May have up to three moving violations on a personal vehicle in the last three years (excluding commercial vehicles). Violations include 15+ points, reckless, following too closely, or texting/handheld use.
• No felony convictions in the last seven years (excluding sexual offenses) and no misdemeanor convictions in the last three years.
