Fuel Delivery Driver – CDL A with Haz Mat and Tank Endorsements

Position: Transport Driver

Reports to: Director of Transportation & Logistics

Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt

Pay Rate: $30 – $32 per hour, plus overtime after 40 hours/week

• Most drivers can earn ~60 hours per week
• Paid time off at premium rate

• Possess a valid CDL A driver’s license with tank and Haz Mat endorsements.
• Provide exceptional customer satisfaction on a daily basis.
• Demonstrate drive, determination, professionalism, and desire to contribute to business growth.
• Load, secure, transport, deliver, and unload gasoline, oil, and propane products to and from specified destinations.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures at all times.
• Complete daily and monthly paperwork to ensure compliance with company standards and asset protection.
• Work continuously in outdoor weather conditions with exposure to oil and propane fumes and elements.
• Follow all DOT and Haz Mat regulations, and company safety standards and policies.
• Maintain zero preventable incidents and ensure all safety, policy, and regulatory standards are met.
• Maintain safety and compliance records.
• Successfully complete a pre-functional evaluation.
• Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen.
• Capable of maneuvering equipment and materials exceeding 300 pounds with proper mechanical devices or additional manpower.

• Deliver gasoline, oil, and propane products to customers.
• Follow route and time schedule provided by the dispatcher daily.
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate delivery vehicle per company standards.
• Provide service and interact with customers to ensure best possible satisfaction.
• Inform customers of new products and services.
• Complete logs and reports according to company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Participate in required job training, certifications, and safety meetings.
• Report to work as scheduled with minimal absenteeism or tardiness.
• Attend job‑related training and informational seminars as requested.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Valid CDL‑A without restrictions with tank and Haz Mat endorsements.
• Prior driving experience preferred.
• TWIC card required.
• CTEP qualifications; if not certified, must obtain within one year of employment and maintain.
• Prior experience with Haz Mat material preferred.
