Warehouse Associate

Position Summary

Execute physical and clerical warehouse duties including picking, cutting wire, assembling wire reels, receiving materials, inventory control, and shipping. Acts as backup driver when needed, requiring a valid driver's license, clean record, and Medical DOT Card. Work hours 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday–Friday. Starting pay $23/hr.

• Report to the Operations Manager, ensuring all operational responsibilities are completed on time.
• Complete tasks assigned by supervisors.
• Move material safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, handcarts, or other equipment.
• Accurately count, inspect, prepare, and record items scheduled for shipment.
• Assemble, package, label, stack, palletize, cut wire, and route materials for safe delivery or storage.
• Respond to internal customer calls.
• Maintain paperwork, documentation, and data entry per established procedures.
• Perform maintenance and housekeeping duties.
• Stay current on GCE policies, product knowledge, training, and meetings.
• Demonstrate a helpful and cooperative attitude toward customers and coworkers.
• Participate in safety programs and initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Acquire working knowledge of the Eclipse software support system.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift operator and safe driving courses desirable.
• Warehouse equipment knowledge preferred.
• Equivalent education or experience may substitute for any requirement.
• Valid driver's license, clean record, and Medical DOT Card required.
