Transport: Logistics & Transport Driver Helper

About the Role

Best Logistics & Transport, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner, is hiring Delivery Associates to deliver Amazon packages. We are looking for motivated, customer‑focused individuals to join our team.

• Interact in a positive and professional manner with customers and the general public while delivering products to homes, retail, and business locations.
• Adhere to strict safety and quality standards on and off the road.
• Assist the DOT truck driver to ensure safety protocols are followed while on the road.
• Use handheld technology to manage delivery progress and solve obstacles.
• Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and in good operating condition.
• Climb in and out of van, descend stairs, and work in all weather conditions.
• Adapt to route changes and delays caused by traffic, congestion, or construction.
• Lift, push, pull, and move boxes up to 100 pounds each.
• Navigate large cargo van and/or small box truck.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid New York State  identification in the state of residence.
• Proficient in English for reading road signs and communicating with regulatory personnel.
• Ability to lift, bend, reach, kneel, crouch, stretch, and move up to 100 pounds.
• Capable of moving up and down stairs.

• High ethical standards.
• Reliable track record.
• Prior professional delivery experience.
• Experience representing a well‑regarded consumer brand.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self‑motivated and upbeat attitude.
• Team player in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.

• Full‑time or part‑time positions available.
• Shifts range from 8 to 10 hours per day, up to 6 days per week.
• Day shifts, holidays, and weekends required.

• Hourly pay: $19.00–$19.50.
