CDL A Driver

Overview

Join a leading dry bulk shipping team as a truck driver, operating pneumatic equipment, managing customer relationships, and making autonomous delivery decisions.

• Annual compensation between $95,000 and $110,000, with additional pay for Canadian border crossings and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
• Most nights at home, with occasional overnight stays covered by hotel and per diem when needed.
• Some weekend deliveries with preloaded trailers, averaging every other weekend.

• Operate pneumatic equipment and drive trucks in accordance with FMCSA regulations.
• Drive two-thirds of the time; the rest of the time is spent loading, unloading, and interacting with customers.
• Make autonomous delivery decisions when appropriate and safe.
• Maintain good communication with customers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Complete required pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate records.

• Valid Class A CDL with 1+ year of driving experience.
• Good driving record and physical and mental fitness to perform the role.
• Compliance with FMCSA regulations;
  Hazmat endorsement may be required at certain locations.
• Ability to work safely in a dynamic environment.
