CDL A Fleet Driver

CEVA Logisticsis hiring aClass A Local Dry Van Company Driver in Albany, NY.This is an overnight position, Dedicated run,Monday Friday with weekends off. The driver will transport automotive parts to and from specified destinations on a dedicated route. You will be handling freight in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with State and Federal DOT regulations and all Transportation Security Administration requirements.

Compensation:

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,785
  • $356.91nightly route pay
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Equipment

• Newer fleet with state-of-the-art equipment, full maintenance support, safety features and electronic logs
• Automatic Transmission
• Speed governed at 70 mph
• Inward and outward facing event triggered cameras
• Slip seating

Qualifications

• Must have valid CDL A License
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 5 years industry driving experience may be substituted for a high school diploma or GED
• Minimumof 2years of recent verifiable CDL A tractor-trailer driving experience
• Clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
  • No more than 4moving violations/traffic citations in the past 3 years
  • No more than 2 preventable accidents (chargeable or not) in the last 3 years
  • No DUIs/DWIs/OWIs in the past 5 years
• Must meet Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
• You must have the ability to read, speak, and understand English as outlined in the Road Executive Order and stated in Federal law
• Hiring Radius:
  Drivers must live within45 miles of Albany, NYor be willing to relocate for this position
