CDL-A Fuel Delivery Driver

Buell Fuel LLC is a family-owned and operated energy company serving customers across Upstate New York from its headquarters in Deansboro, NY. The company delivers heating oil, diesel, and gasoline to residential, commercial, agricultural, municipal, and wholesale customers.

This full-time, on-site CDL-A Fuel Delivery Driver role is based in the Albany, NY area. The driver is responsible for safely loading, transporting, and delivering fuel products such as heating oil, diesel, and gasoline to residential, commercial, agricultural, and municipal customers.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, following all DOT and company safety procedures, operating fuel delivery equipment, and accurately completing delivery tickets and logs. The role also involves interacting professionally with customers, verifying delivery instructions, and ensuring proper handling of fuel to prevent spills and environmental hazards.

The driver will work closely with dispatch and operations to maintain delivery schedules, report any vehicle or equipment issues, and support a high standard of service and reliability.

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be willing to obtain TWIC card.
• Minimum requirements are 1 year CDL- A with tank and Haz Mat endorsement, with a desire to learn the tanker delivery field.
• Must be able to pass DOT certified physical examination maximum of every two years.
• EEO/Drug Testing required prior to hiring. Random ongoing drug testing required while employed.
• Follow all DOT and Haz Mat regulations, and Buell Fuels safety standards.
• Must be self-motivated with a sense of urgency and a strong work ethic.
