Parts Puller

• Perform day-to-day activities in the production yard or warehouse
• Safely maneuver around the yard or warehouse
• Find and retrieve parts
• Package parts for delivery or prepare them for shipment
• Complete paperwork associated with parts
• Pull work orders
• Use hand tools and power tools to remove parts from cars
• Operate a forklift or order picker
• Pull and prepare sheet metal and other orders
• Tag parts properly for their destination
• Communicate with Sales and Dispatch
• Maintain a positive, friendly attitude and appropriate workplace behavior
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Travel periodically, including overnight stays when required by the position

• High School Diploma/GED
• Working knowledge of automotive parts preferred
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs
• Frequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel, graphics, etc.
• Ability to communicate basic messages orally, write brief messages, and keep simple records
• Ability to explain and offer guidance on routine procedures
• Ability to prioritize assigned and routine tasks and handle them appropriately
• Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or sit for extended periods
• Ability to occasionally lift/move up to 75 pounds, and sometimes up to 100 pounds
• Ability to work in cramped spaces or underneath vehicles and wear personal protective equipment
• Ability to work around hazardous situations, extreme temperatures, and high noise levels

Demonstrates proficiency in handling automotive parts, operating forklifts, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Capable of effective communication and basic mathematical computations to support daily operations.
