Progressive CPA firm in need of a Senior Manager for Government Audits in Albany, OR. This role offers a direct path to Director or Partnership, along with a reasonable work-life balance and a hybrid work setting.

The Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple auditing and accounting projects for government and non-profit clients. They will manage engagement workflow, train staff, and cultivate new business opportunities for the firm.

• Leading all phases of audit or review engagements
• Maintaining strong client relationships and understanding of client businesses
• Communicating important developments and providing solutions to issues
• Demonstrating proficiency in technical skills and work standards
• Scheduling engagements and managing budgets
• Supervising and reviewing work of staff accountants
• Participating in business development efforts

• Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• At least five years of public accounting experience
• Active CPA license
• Preferred Qualifications:
