- Pacific Cast Technologies, a PCC Structurals company, seeks a Staff Accountant to support our manufacturing operations. In this role you'll perform general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end close, assist with cost accounting and inventory analysis, and prepare financial reports for plant and corporate leadership. You will help ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls, support audits, and partner with operations to analyze variances and drive cost improvements.

- Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger for the plant
- Perform account reconciliations and support month-end and year-end close
- Assist with cost accounting, standard cost updates, and inventory valuation
- Analyze production variances and provide cost insights to operations leaders
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and schedules for management and corporate
- Support internal and external audits and maintain strong internal controls
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and accuracy
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities for the facility
- Identify and recommend cost reduction and process improvement opportunities
