Locally owned and operated construction company specializing in fence installation, outdoor structures, and home improvement projects. Known for quality craftsmanship and dependable service, the company has built a strong reputation throughout the Willamette Valley.

Pay: $18–$20/hour Depending on Experience

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Opportunity to obtain OSHA 10 Certification (paid for by employer)

Fencing & Construction Support Details:

• Direct hire position
• $18.00 to $20.00 / annually
• Full time work available
• Weekend work required
• First shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Digging fence post holes.
• Loading and unloading materials.
• General site clean-up.
• Assisting with fence installation, demo, and basic construction tasks.
• Supporting job site prep and daily crew needs.

Fencing & Construction Support

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor labor.
• Must have reliable transportation to job sites.
• Must wear steel-toed leather work boots (PPE required).
• Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 Certification (paid for by employer).
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be able to bend, kneel, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions (heat, rain, cold, indoor/outdoor environments).

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
