As a Construction Laborer, you'll play an essential role in supporting roofing projects and ensuring safety and efficiency on-site. You'll work closely with experienced team members to contribute to successful roofing tear-off operations, gaining valuable hands-on experience in residential construction.

What You'll Do As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with roof tear-off operations by removing old roofing materials efficiently and safely.
• Performing general site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Properly disposing of debris into designated dumpsters to keep the site clean.
• Working at heights on rooftops and executing physical tasks such as bending, stooping, twisting, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
• Supporting team members to ensure projects stay on schedule and adhere to safety standards.

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Ability and comfort working at heights on rooftops.
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Physical stamina to perform demanding outdoor labor in varying weather conditions.
• Reliability with a strong work ethic and dependability.
• Willingness to work outdoors in different seasons and weather patterns.
