Service Coordinator

Pacifi Corp is seeking a Service Coordinator to support our Energy & Utilities customer service and support operations. In this role, you will coordinate field service orders, schedule crews, and communicate with customers regarding electric service requests, outages, and maintenance. You will track work orders, update internal systems, and ensure accurate, timely information flows between customers, dispatch, and operations teams.

Working in a safety-focused, regulated utility environment, you will help maintain reliability, support grid and renewable projects, and uphold Pacifi Corp's high standards for service, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
