Job Title: Carrier Customer Service Representative (Albany, OR)
Location: Albany, Oregon (Onsite Only)
Onsite Pay Rate: $17.84 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, shifts between 6:00am–6:00pm PST
Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm (based on attendance and performance)
Hiring Bonus: $500*
Paid in two installments—$250 at 90 days and $250 at 6 months (must be employed at time of payout)
No weekend or closing shifts required. All candidates must be fully available during hours of operation.

Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm PT/11:00am–8:00pm ET
All interviews are conducted on camera.
Position OverviewAs a Carrier Customer Service Representative, you will interact with customers to resolve inquiries and issues, following standard scripts and screens. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your customer service skills, gain product knowledge, and provide support to internal teams such as Claims for Service Recruitment. This role is designed for those eager to learn and grow in a dynamic office environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess customer needs and address questions via call or computer system
- Resolve routine customer issues and elevate complex requests as needed
- Research contract issues to support related departments
- Suggest alternative products or services as appropriate
- Perform customer registrations and system navigation duties
- Maintain consistent performance and meet deadlines
Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years’ experience in an office and/or customer service environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent active listening abilities
- Experience with computer equipment and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Collects and reviews information before making decisions
- Works respectfully with others, regardless of differences
- Supports team goals and demonstrates a collaborative attitude
- Meets requirements and deadlines consistently
- Eager to learn and proactively seeks new information
