School Psychologist in the Tacoma, Washington area.

We're currently seeking dedicated School Psychologist ($55-$60 an hour) to support students in elementary through high school in the Albany, OR area for the upcoming school year.

Qualifications
  • Must hold at least a Doctorate in School Psychology.
  • OR state license is required.
Role Overview

A School Psychologist assists students with academic, social, and emotional well-being and works with students and families to promote student success. The School Psychologist is a critical member of the IEP team and is relied upon to provide insight and guidance to the team regarding student academic and behavioral functioning.

  • Hours:

    7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours per week

    School, elementary through high school
  • In-person only
Key Responsibilities
  • Administering diagnostic and curriculum-based assessments.
  • Using intelligence and academic performance testing to determine student diagnoses and recommendations for specialized services.
  • Observing students in various academic and social settings to gain insight and data into students' overall functioning in school.
  • Providing consultative psychology services to parents and school staff as described in the IEP.
