Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to meet individual learning goals
• Conduct assessments to identify student needs and craft data-driven instruction
• Write, review, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Partner with general education teachers and support staff to foster an inclusive environment
• Maintain accurate documentation, track progress, and prepare reports as needed
