Position: Licensed Certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Albany, Oregon
Step into a school-based role where your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) can make a lasting difference for students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. This full-time contract opportunity (37.5 hours per week) offers a dynamic environment where every day brings new ways to support diverse learners and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Caseloads will shift based on district needs, providing variety and depth to your experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to determine student needs and inform intervention strategies.
  • Develop, implement, and refine effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) individualized to each student.
  • Act as a resource for teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams-offering expert consultation, coaching, and skill-building strategies.
  • Monitor student progress through data collection, analysis, and diligent documentation.
  • Engage with IEP teams, contributing insights, collaborating on plans, and participating in meetings to advocate for students' behavioral and educational goals.

Qualifications:
  • Current BCBA certification is required.
  • Licensed and certified to practice at the elementary, middle, and high school levels.
  • Experience with in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued.
  • Strong communication abilities and a collaborative, solution-focused approach.
