Make an impact by providing essential support for students as a school psychologist through an engaging contract opportunity near Albany, OR. This role will allow you to use your expertise to help students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally, while working collaboratively alongside passionate educators and families.

Qualifications:
  • Masters or Specialist‑level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Valid state certification or licensure as a school psychologist (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Deep knowledge of special education processes, multi-tiered systems of support, and educational assessments
  • Experience conducting psycho educational evaluations, interpreting results, and creating intervention plans
  • Proficiency in counseling techniques for individuals and groups
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, families, and support teams
  • Experience in the K-12 school environment is preferred, but not required
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic setting
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer a range of psychological assessments to identify students learning or behavioral needs
  • Analyze and interpret test results to guide individualized education plans (IEPs) and interventions
  • Deliver individual and group counseling sessions for students facing academic or emotional challenges
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, offering insights for student success
  • Provide crisis intervention and consultation for school staff and families as needed
  • Monitor progress and document interventions to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Support staff development through trainings and resource sharing
