MEI Industrial Solutions seeks a Senior Training Instructor to prepare and deliver technical, skill-based training for the MEI Rigging & Crating workforce, including new hires, apprentices, and incumbents.
You will coordinate the Apprenticeship Training Program, mentor team members, conduct OJT, develop BKMs, and evaluate candidates while collaborating with Directors and regional leaders to address company-wide training needs.
