This posting is for a pooled position. This pool has been established to accept applications for possible openings for part‑time instructors to teach this specific class in CTE Math specifically for Welding students.
Requires the ability to work with staff and students.
Work is performed in an office or classroom setting with minimal exposure to safety or health hazards.
Education and ExperienceApplications are reviewed for minimum qualifications. In order to be considered, your application must clearly show you meet the minimum qualifications for this position.
- Applicable certificates or degree for the career technical fields
- A minimum of four years’ experience in an applicable occupational area.
Seven years of successful experience in an applicable occupational area will be considered as an equivalency for the degree/certificate requirement.
- Prefer Bachelor’s degree in math or physics
- Teaching experience in a high school, community college, or university setting preferred
- Experience with a learning management system, zoom, and adaptive software, such as ALEKS preferred

Courses are paid on a per‑credit basis. New Part‑time Faculty begin at Step 1 of the payscale, with steps being rolled once per term, if eligible.
