Immediate need for a full‑time Field Service Engineer to work on project sites worldwide. The role includes commissioning, installation, and operation of water/wastewater treatment systems such as brine concentrators, crystallizers, UF, DM, RO, ZLD, and HERO. The engineer will also supervise construction, perform start‑up, implementation, troubleshooting, and client training.
Responsibilities- Commission, install, and operate water/wastewater treatment systems; supervise construction and ensure performance testing of proprietary/licensed systems.
- Prepare project schedules and plans for system start‑up and commissioning.
- Prepare client sites for implementation, including conditioning feed water to meet operational requirements.
- Train client personnel on project start‑up, water chemistry, process flow diagrams, piping & instrumentation drawings, and system control philosophy.
- Execute long‑term system contracts, including maintenance and membrane performance evaluation.
- Review and test implementation processes to ensure adequate client resources for operation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of engineering processes and standards for water/wastewater treatment plants, including thermal brine concentrators, crystallizers, UF, DM, RO, ZLD, and HERO.
- Experience in commissioning, installation, and operation of these systems.

Physical Job DemandsLifting or carrying up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working uires wearing PPE on site. Includes extended periods of desk work and high concentration in busy environments.
Qualifications- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering.
- Two or more years of experience in water treatment or related systems. Recent college graduates may apply for a trainee position.
- Specialized knowledge of engineering processes and standards for water/wastewater treatment plants, preferably through coursework or experience.
- Valid license and passport with the ability to travel 45–50% of the time.
