We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting & Finance Intern to join our team in Albany, Oregon. This role can start as soon as possible and work throughout the fall 2026 and spring 2027 semesters. This internship offers real‑world, applicable finance experience across key areas such as accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and compliance.

- Support duty drawback activities, including data review and preparation of required documentation.
- Assist with monthly financial close tasks.
- Support cost accounting activities by analyzing manufacturing costs, inventory transactions, and production variances.
- Partner with the FP&A team to contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Analyze financial data and help identify trends, variances, and key performance drivers.
- Assist in preparing reports and analyses that support business decision‑making and operational performance.
- Contribute to internal audits, compliance initiatives, and process improvement projects.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and project support as assigned.
- Hands‑on, real‑world experience in accounting and finance operations.
- Exposure to manufacturing cost structures, inventory accounting, and cost analysis methodologies.
- Exposure to financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and business decision support.
- Insight into monthly financial close processes and compliance requirements.

Required:
- Current student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
- Power BI experience
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP principles
- Prior internship or relevant work experience
