Pro Care Therapy is seeking a contracted, full-time Occupational Therapist to support an Early Intervention program near Albany, Oregon. You will provide school-based OT services for birth-to-five populations, traveling to multiple sites throughout the school year.
You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary evaluation team, develop individualized therapy plans with families, and maintain accurate documentation while working across diverse early childhood settings.
