Step into an exciting opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist working within a dynamic early intervention (EI) program focused on early childhood caseloads. This full-time, 40-hour contract position offers the chance to begin making a difference at the outset of the 2026-27 school year, starting August 2026.
In this role, you'll play a pivotal part as a member of an evaluation team, serving as an itinerant specialist and delivering valuable services throughout a collaborative and supportive EI team environment. Key Qualifications &Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience or strong interest in early intervention and early childhood populations
- Familiarity with IEP procedures, progress monitoring, and evaluation processes in educational settings
- Adaptability within a team-based, itinerant service delivery model
- Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a commitment to ongoing professional growth
- Conduct assessments, screenings, and comprehensive evaluations for early childhood students
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in coordination with the EI team
- Provide direct speech-language therapy, consultation, and support to young children and their families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, family-centered care
- Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to evaluation and eligibility meetings as needed
- Participate in professional development and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
