Position: School Psychologist
Location: Albany, OR
Schedule: Full-Time
Hours: 37.5 Hours per Week
Start Date: August 17, 2026
Work Setting: District Central Office

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative School Psychologist to join our team in Albany, Oregon. This full-time position is based out of the districts central office and focuses on providing evaluation, assessment, consultation, and support services to local districts.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of schools while focusing on high-quality assessment practices and collaborative problem-solving rather than managing a traditional student caseload.

Position Responsibilities
  • Conduct psycho educational evaluations and testing at the district central office.
  • Complete assessments and prepare evaluation reports.
  • Support local districts with consultations, referrals, and student support needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations related to academic, behavioral, and social-emotional concerns.
  • Participate in problem-solving discussions and support district-wide student services.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow state and district requirements.
Required:
  • Valid School Psychologist certification/licensure in Oregon.
  • Masters, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and consultation skills.
Preferred:
  • Experience conducting school-based evaluations.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple school teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage evaluation timelines.
