This travel Physical Therapist job in Albany, OR with Advantis Medical is a 13-week travel Physical Therapist contract at Samaritan Albany General Hospital. This role pays $2,144 per week and follows a Days shift with a 3x12 schedule. In this travel Physical Therapist job, you will support patient care through specialty-specific clinical services, perform assessments and treatments within your scope of practice, document patient progress, operate relevant medical equipment, and collaborate with physicians and the broader care team to help deliver quality patient outcomes.

• Evaluate patients and establish individualized treatment plans and functional goals
• Deliver therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and gait and mobility training across a varied caseload
• Reassess progress and adjust each plan of care to keep patients advancing toward their goals
• Direct and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and the interdisciplinary care team

• 2+ years of recent Physical Therapy experience.
• Must hold all required certifications and licenses as mandated by Oregon and national regulatory bodies.
