Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Lcsw) Role In Oregon
An opening is available for a full-time Lcsw to deliver vital mental health services within a patient-focused healthcare team. This role involves conducting assessments, monitoring progress, and contributing to care plans designed for overall well-being.
Job Type: Full-time, Remote
Hours:
Monday – Friday, 9 Am – 5 Pm
Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 Annually, Plus A Robust Benefits Package.
Responsibilities:
- Document client outcomes and ensure they align with established care goals.
- Interview patients and families to build detailed psychosocial assessments.
- Identify high-risk clients and assist in developing intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to craft patient-centered care plans.
