The Physical Therapist (PT) at Signature Home Health & Hospice is a PRN position in Albany, Oregon. The PT provides one-on-one therapy in patients' homes, following physician plans of care and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Candidates must hold a CAPTE-accredited degree, state license, CPR, and at least two years of PT experience, preferably in community/home health. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.
