Therapist - Physical Therapist

$2448.00/week –

Job Summary:

Provide specialized physical therapy services to promote recovery and improve mobility for patients with neurological, musculoskeletal, or orthopedic conditions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical condition and develop tailored therapy plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to restore function and reduce pain.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and injury prevention strategies.
• Record accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress notes.
• Comply with safety standards and maintain clinical documentation.

Qualifications:

• Hold an unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license.
• Possess Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification.
• Demonstrate ability to travel to multiple care settings.
• Have experience in neuro, musculo, or orthopedic rehab.
• Exhibit excellent communication and patient education skills.
