Princeton Staffing Solutions is hiring an onsite or hybrid licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time 37.5-hour-per-week School-Based W2 contract providing direct services and conduction evaluations for students ranging from Early Childhood (ECSE) to 12th Grade. • Compensation is customized based on experience, credentials, and travel eligibility and will be discussed prior to district submission.

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments
• Complete Medicaid billing (if applicable)
• Maintain therapy schedules and service logs
• Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings
• Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group)
• Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication
• Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
• Active or In Progress Oregon (OR)
  Board of Examiners license for Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous school-based experience providing Direct Services and Evaluations is required
• Experience with IEP development and compliance documentation
