Position: Perinatal Ultrasound Tech II - High-Risk Care

Covenant Health is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist for Fort Sanders Women’s Specialist in Tennessee. The role performs physician-ordered ultrasound procedures and ensures a safe environment, maintaining equipment and quality control to support diagnostic accuracy.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, documenting findings, and assisting physicians with US procedures while complying with Joint Commission and HIPAA requirements.
