* Knowledge of and ability to ensure program operations comply with applicable federal and state laws, administrative rules, interagency agreements, and organizational policies.
* Experience supporting or managing day-to-day operations in a program or facility that serves youth or vulnerable populations.
* Ability to supervise staff, support teamwork, and communicate expectations clearly.
* Experience helping to set program goals and priorities and working with partners or other organizations to meet those goals.
