We are looking for a Packaging Operator to join our Production team on 2nd shift. This position is a hands‑on role supporting our production with preparing, packaging, and ensuring high quality products reach out customers worldwide. The ideal candidate with prior manufacturing experience who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys working as part of a team, and enjoys making an impact.

Will Get To
  • Operate and monitor production equipment, and lead activities of others working on the line, ensure efficient and safe operation.
  • Perform machine changeovers, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting as needed.
  • Conduct basic maintenance and cleaning of machines according to SOPs.
  • Maintain production flow and report equipment or process issues promptly.
  • Accurately complete production records and quality checks in real‑time.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with company policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and regulatory standards.
  • Enter production data into digital systems (e.g., MES, ERP, or spreadsheets) as required.
  • Identify and correct documentation errors or escape to supervisors as needed.
  • Report non‑conformances or quality concerns immediately.

Hourly pay: $25.00

Schedule: Monday
- Friday 2nd shift (2:45pm-11:15pm)

Environment Of This Position
  • Frequent exposure to extreme temperatures
  • Noise level in the work environment can be loud
  • Exposure to various food allergens
  • Regular requirement to stand, walk, climb, push, pull, reach, carry, and lift and twist
  • Must be able to regularly lift 15 pounds and up to 50 pounds

OFD contains office, manufacturing and outdoor work spaces where this position is required to access and work. The position requires a person to be able to frequently walk, stand and climb; bend and twist; see, hear and talk; use hands to type, handle or feel tools, controls; use hands and arms to reach, hold and carry tools or items. This position also requires a person to handle environments of varied temperatures and with various food allergens present;

and be comfortable at various heights.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college or technical training a plus.
  • 1–3 years of experience operating manufacturing equipment, preferably in a food or GMP environment.
  • Strong leadership experience, organizational, communication, and documentation skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills, including data entry, digital forms, and manufacturing systems.
  • Basic math and unit conversions.
  • Ability to read and follow SOPs, work instructions, and technical documents.
  • Able to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods of time.
  • Reliable transportation required, with flexibility to travel between company locations.
  • Consistent, dependable attendance is essential to support production schedules.
