Forklift Operator Pay: $20/hour

Hours:

Sun - Tues 5:00AM - 5:30PM (12 hours), Wed 5AM - 11AM (6 hours)

As a Forklift Operator, you'll support daily operations by safely handling materials, ensuring timely shipping and receiving, and maintaining efficient workflows. You'll collaborate closely with your team to meet production targets and quality standards, playing a vital role in the company's success.

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move products safely and efficiently throughout the facility.
• Load and unload trucks to meet inbound and outbound schedules.
• Pick, pack, check, and stage orders accurately using RF scanners or inventory management systems.
• Store materials in designated areas according to inventory procedures.
• Inspect equipment regularly, perform basic maintenance checks, and report any issues.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
• Follow all safety guidelines, reporting hazards, quality concerns, or production issues promptly.
• Work as part of a team to achieve production and shipping goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of forklift operation experience.
• RF scanner experience is preferred.
• Basic computer literacy and math skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow repetitive processes accurately.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English;
  Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.

This is a temporary‑to‑permanent, on‑site position in Millersburg, OR.

Schedule:

Sunday through Tuesday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM;
Wednesday morning, 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM.
