Wax Injection Molder – Aerospace Parts Production – Day Shift

• Perform daily checks: ensure dies are clean; verify temperature and pressure gauges on wax press machine; confirm wax levels in press machine and melting pots; check for hydraulic leaks.
• Retrieve and transport aluminum dies from storage to the work station. Dies weigh from 25 to 250 pounds.
• Consistently produce wax molds that meet engineering specifications for quality while maintaining quantity requirements.
• Recognize defects in wax patterns and identify their causes.

• Prior industry experience as a molder preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow technique cards and correctly fill in all required information.
• Compliance with general company attendance standards.
• Able to lift from floor to waist level up to 50 pounds occasionally, and 15 pounds frequently.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and following verbal and written instructions.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to concentrate and remain on task in a busy environment.
• HS diploma or equivalent GED preferred; applicants without this qualification but with relevant experience may be considered.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Willing to undergo a pre‑employment background check and drug screening.

• Exposure to fumes from melting wax.
• Working near moving mechanical parts for extended periods.
• Twisting and turning of wrist and forearm for extended periods.
• Requires use of hands to operate controls of mold presses.
• Work performed under generally good working conditions; exposure to the above elements is not usually disagreeable.
• Required to wear safety glasses while performing duties.
