We are looking for a Packaging Operator to join our Production team. This hands‑on role supports production by preparing, packaging, and ensuring high quality products reach customers worldwide. The ideal candidate has prior manufacturing experience, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys teamwork, and loves making an impact.
What You Will Do- Operate and monitor production equipment, lead activities of others working on the line, and ensure efficient and safe operation.
- Perform machine changeovers, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting as needed.
- Conduct basic maintenance and cleaning of machines according to SOPs.
- Maintain production flow and report equipment or process issues promptly.
- Accurately complete production records and quality checks in real time.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and regulatory standards.
- Enter production data into digital systems (e.g., MES, ERP, or spreadsheets) as required.
- Identify and correct documentation errors or elevate them to supervisors as needed.
- Report non‑conformances or quality concerns immediately.

Schedule- 2nd Shift (Mon‑Fri 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM, $0.90 shift differential)
- 3rd Shift (Mon‑Fri 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM, $1.00 shift differential)
- Frequent exposure to extreme temperatures.
- Loud noise level in the work environment.
- Exposure to various food allergens.
- Regular requirement to stand, walk, climb, push, pull, reach, carry, and lift and twist.
- Must be able to regularly lift 15 pounds and up to 50 pounds.
OFD contains office, manufacturing, and outdoor work spaces where this position requires frequent walking, standing, climbing; bending, twisting; seeing, hearing, talking; using hands to type, handle or feel tools, controls, and textures. The role also requires exposure to varied temperatures and food allergens and comfort at various heights.
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has- High school diploma or equivalent required; college or technical training a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience operating manufacturing equipment, preferably in a food or GMP environment.
- Strong leadership experience, organizational, communication, and documentation skills with strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills, including data entry, digital forms, and manufacturing systems.
- Basic math and unit conversions.
- Ability to read and follow SOPs, work instructions, and technical documents.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods of time.
- Reliable transportation required, with flexibility to travel between company locations.
- Consistent, dependable attendance essential to support production schedules.
