Overview

Sandblaster – Aerospace Manufacturing Titanium – Swing Shift. Benefits include quarterly bonus, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), company‑paid life insurance, and other great benefits.

• Use sandblast machine to clean material surface.
• Move parts (titanium castings) to various areas of the facility.
• Process parts out of a dryer after chem milling.
• Handle paperwork to ensure documentation is complete and correct.
• Mask castings as directed by the Dimensional Inspection department.
• Assist with general departmental clean‑up, which may include sweeping and shoveling of debris.
• Be accountable for working safely by following all safety rules and safe work practices.
• Inventory supply items.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Demonstrate ability to work safely and productively in a manufacturing environment.
• Have a solid job history, including at least 1 year at a former or recent employer.
• HS diploma or equivalent GED required; candidates lacking this will be considered only if they possess relevant experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Be willing to undergo a pre‑employment background check.
• Be willing to participate in pre‑employment and periodic drug screening.
• Take a baseline hearing test prior to starting.

• Job performed under moderate conditions with exposure to dust, noise, temperature, and machinery.
• Safety shoe, hearing, and eye protection required.

• Swing Shift (will train on day shift for approximately 90 days).
• Full‑time, non‑management position.
