Job Title

Wax Injection Molder – Aerospace Parts Production – Day Shift

• Perform daily checks, including ensuring dies are clean, verifying temperature and pressure gauges on the wax press machine, confirming wax levels in the press machine and melting pots, and checking for hydraulic leaks.
• Retrieve aluminum dies from the storage area, transporting them to the workstation and placing them on the die cart. Dies weigh between 25–250 pounds.
• Consistently produce wax molds that meet engineering specifications for quality while maintaining quantity requirements.
• Recognize defects in wax patterns and understand the causes of each defect type.

• Prior industry experience as a molder preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow technique cards and to correctly fill in all required information.
• Compliance with general company attendance standards.
• Ability to lift from floor to waist level up to 50 pounds occasionally; lift up to 15 pounds frequently. Reasonable accommodations may be considered.
• Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Team player with strong concentration and task focus in a busy environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent GED preferred; candidates lacking the diploma but possessing relevant experience will be considered.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Willingness to undergo a pre‑employment background check and drug screening.

• Exposure to fumes from melting wax.
• Working near moving mechanical parts for extended periods.
• Twisting and turning of wrist and forearm for extended periods.
• Requires use of hands to operate controls of mold presses.
• Typically performed under reasonably good working conditions; exposure to the above elements is generally not disagreeable.
• Required to wear safety glasses while performing duties.
