Wax Injection Molder
- Aerospace Parts Production
- Day Shift

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily checks ensuring dies are clean, temperature and pressure gauges of the wax press machine are correct, wax levels in the press machine and melting pots are correct, and hydraulic leaks are not present.
  • Retrieve aluminum dies from storage and transport them to the workstation; dies weigh from 25‑250 pounds.
  • Consistently produce wax molds that meet engineering specifications for quality while maintaining quantity requirements.
  • Recognize defects in wax patterns and identify causes of each type of defect.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
  • Prior industry experience as a molder preferred.
  • Ability to understand and follow technique cards and correctly fill in required information.
  • Compliance with general company attendance standards required.
  • Ability to lift from floor to waist level up to 50 pounds occasionally, and up to 15 pounds frequently.
  • Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Ability to work as a team player.
  • Ability to concentrate and remain on task in a busy environment.
  • HS diploma or equivalent GED preferred; candidates lacking this with relevant experience will be considered.
  • Minimum age 18 years.
  • Willingness to undergo a pre‑employment background check and drug screening.
Work Conditions
  • Exposure to fumes from melting wax.
  • Working near moving mechanical parts for extended periods.
  • Twisting and turning of wrist and forearm for extended periods.
  • Use of hands to operate controls of mold presses.
  • Required to wear safety glasses while performing duties.
