Job Title: Night Shift Packaging Operator
Pay: $25/hr + 0.90 shift differential
Hours: Monday-Friday, 10:45 PM - 7:15 AM
Start Date: ASAP

As a Night Shift Packaging Operator, you'll role purpose . You'll work closely with manager, department, or team to deliver results that make a difference.

What You'll Do
As a Night Shift Packaging Operator, you will be responsible for

• Operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting packaging machinery to maintain high-speed production flow
• Performing routine machine changeovers, adjustments, and basic maintenance tasks while partnering with the maintenance team for repairs
• Accurately documenting production activities, quality checks, and deviations in real time using digital systems
• Leading assigned processes, guiding peers, and coordinating team efforts to meet daily production targets
• Identifying and reporting non-conformances immediately to support GMP and safety standards

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Minimum of two (2) years of machine-based manufacturing experience, preferably in a GMP or food production environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and understand machine functions
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-speed environment while managing multiple priorities
• High school diploma or equivalent, plus teamwork skills and basic math for weights, conversions, and data entry
